Land and resource rights underpin the decisions that communities, investors and government make with respect to landscape conservation, conversion and restoration. This talk highlights USAID’s application of mobile tools to secure land and resource rights to achieve climate change mitigation and adaptation objectives across activities in Zambia, Burma, Vietnam, Ghana and Paraguay through its Tenure and Global Climate Change Program.
