This session explores the potential of restoration in addressing the climate and biodiversity crises, and building resilience in the wake of Covid-19. It also examines the key implementation barriers that stand in the way of bringing nature-based solutions to scale, including the need to mobilise finance, transform policy and build capacity. Finally, with an eye towards addressing these barriers, it introduces a new implementation hub for forest and landscape restoration.
