Laura Tuck pointed out the vital role of natural capital in sustainable growth, especially in the world’s poorest countries that rely on it most. She spoke about the mutual benefits to be found in public-private partnership and laid out a framework of public stimulus for private investment and development, focussed on poverty reduction and landscape restoration.
