NEWS: Meet the winners of the GLF Youth Nairobi Program

1 Aug 2018

The time has come and the movement has begun. #GLFNairobi2018 has already taken off with 200+ young people sharing their visions and dreams for restoring Africa’s degraded landscapes.

We would like to thank everyone who applied to the Youth Leadership Workshop — your stories, enthusiasm, and passion are desperately needed to build a restoration movement across the continent. Watch the Aug 1 announcement video made on Facebook LIVE.

If your name is not listed below, you are still part of the movement! Here are the ways you can help spark this grassroots effort:

  • Take part in our online learning in the lead up to GLF Nairobi. New learning resources and a personal challenge will be posted on the Youth in Landscapes facebook group every Monday starting August 6th.
  • Make sure to follow us on Facebook Global Landscapes Forum for more opportunities and let’s stay connected on the Facebook Youth in Landscapes group.
  • To be a part of two exciting days of connecting, sharing, learning and acting around restoring African landscapes, sign up here.

Congratulations to all named below – your official invite will arrive shortly.
