Snap and share photos of mangroves with Mangrove Action Project (MAP). The fifth annual Mangrove Action Day Photography Contest is underway in the lead up to International Day for the Conservation of the Mangrove Ecosystem on July 26.

“The theme for this year’s contest is #MangrovesMatter as we challenge you to think about what mangroves mean to people, as well as our planet,” state the organizers on their website.

The best photos will be part of a special exhibition and the three winners will receive special prizes.
